Jeanne Morel is a dancer, actress and explorer.

She works with European space agencies and his partner Paul Marlier to the creation and adaptation of the body in extreme environments and, in particular, in weightlessness. Used to dancing in confined spaces or, on the contrary, in large wild spaces, she works with neuroscientists and doctors on the impact of dance and creation in extreme territories.

As a child, Jeanne started trapeze at the Cirque Plume school. She began classical dance, violin and painting very early on, and accompanied her parents to the mountains.  After studies in Hypokhâgne, Jeanne entered the Conservatory of Lyon and in sport studies with Kilina Cremona, assistant to Merce Cunningham.

A graduate of the History of Art and the Conservatory, Jeanne moved to Barcelona. She began her first performance series in 2010 halfway between dance, science and digital art . The Macba, the Fondation Caisse d'Epargne pour l'Art Contemporain, Paris Fashion Week, the AirBus company and the Center National d'Etudes Spatiales are hosting its work.

She joined the Meisner program at the San Francisco Conservatory, performed for cinema, Spanish television and several European stages.  Jeanne plays at the theater in Lyon and Paris.

Since October 2016, Paul Marlier and Jeanne Morel  work aboard the Airbus A310 Zero G with European astronauts Thomas Pesquet and Jean-François Clervoy - sponsor of their projects. Jeanne made her first flight alone during a CNES scientific campaign and today offers weightlessness the heart of her work.

From this body evolving in environments with modified gravity, she seeks a new dance :
How to dance? How to share?
How to create and especially how to represent emotion in a small space, new, cut off from the world
  ?

In 2019, she founded Art In Space, which she co-directs with Paul Marlier.

Jeanne has been running the Vulpes Vulpes company since 2015.
